We are seeking a Senior Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at leading edge family medicine & skin cancer clinic.

In this key role, you'll be the face of our clinic — providing exceptional patient care, supporting our practitioners, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner

Manage appointments, recalls, and correspondence efficiently

Oversee daily reception operations and support junior staff

Handle billing, Medicare/DVA/WorkCover claims, and payments

Liaise with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals

Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold practice policies

About You

Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a medical receptionist (GP setting preferred)

Proficient in [Best Prac/ Medical Director]

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

A positive attitude and genuine commitment to patient care
