Advance Medical Practice Windsor is looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our team

This role would suit an individual with previous experience in medical reception with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Previous experiencing using Best Practice (medical software) is preferred.

The individual would have attention to detail and a patient focused approach with excellent communication skills.

Duties would include but not limited to:

  • Greeting patients with empathy and professionalism
  • Management of patient appointments
  • Electronic medical files
  • Private and bulk-billing payments
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Training of junior staff
  • Management of recall system
  • Keep the front desk running smoothly
  • Work closely with our GPs, Nurses and Allied Health

We are a large practice in the heart of the Hawkesbury consisting of GPs, Practice Nurses, Allied Health and Administration. We heavily focus on patient centered care offering continuous care to those in need.

We are open 7 days per week between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 2pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

If successful, you would be expected to be on a rotating roster of 1 weekend shift per month.
