The Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will take the lead in managing a well-maintained portfolio with the support of administrative teams. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships while ensuring the highest standards in service and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a clean and established portfolio with full administrative support
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate maintenance, inspections, arrears, and lease renewals
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
  • Contribute to process improvement and team

About You

  • Experience in property management
  • QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with PropertyMe (or similar systems)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and strong team focus

  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
