About the role
Mainline Drainage Pty Ltd is seeking a Fulltime Administration Assistant to join our team in our Capalaba based office. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining and updating builder and job databases and records using field software
- Liaising with builders and clients to take bookings and communicate job progress and maintenance
- Assisting in preparation of Workplace Health and Safety documentation, QA and compliance
- Assisting the Plumbing coordinator in coordinating staff schedules and job preparation
- Providing general administrative support, including file management, photocopying, document preparation and other office duties
- Collaborating and supporting cross-functional teams with various project work as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within the construction industry preferable with experience using Simpro or Servicem8 highly desirable
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook (Excel experience a must)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Be detail orientated with a commitment to maintaining accurate and organised records
- Experience with Xero will be highly regarded

We are happy to offer the right applicant flexible working conditions, the role will be 38 hours per week with the option for a fortnightly RDO and or flexible daily working hours to suit your lifestyle.
