Office Administrator

We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in a similar role to assist with our growing business on a part time basis. If you have an eye for detail with excellent computer and communication skills, then join our busy team located in Capalaba.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Administration and Management
- General clerical duties
- Maintenance of social media channels and enquiries
- General Bookkeeping duties
- Filing
- Document Control
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous Administration and bookkeeping experience working in a similar role.
- Be proficient in the use of Office 365.
- High level of organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent team player and be adaptable to undertake tasks outside of specific role.
- Ability to work toward deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to use MYOB is essential
- Experience in body corporate would be regarded as an advantage but not essential
- Experience in construction administration would be regarded as an advantage but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
