We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Office Administrator to join our team.
Solar Air Energy is a local family run business, starting in 2019 our team has continued to grow and we're looking for someone to join our team as our Administration Officer. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers new and existing, customer service is our number one priority at Solar Air Energy. Data entry is a key part of this role, in-putting customer details into our system, booking appointments for our technicians and checking that processes are being followed correctly. Role requirements and key duties are:
- Answering incoming phone calls, being the first point of contact to new and existing customers
- Calling new prospects and scheduling appointments on our in-house system for our sales team
- Following up existing customers
- Ensure office stationary is stocked up
- Scanning and filing documents
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Ensuring data entry is accurate
- Communicating with our technicians within the office and/or on site
Suitable applicant will have:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role in Administration and/or Customer Service _(highly desired)_
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks as demands arise
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities when needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High degree of accuracy with data entry
- High level ability to multi-task in a busy, small team environment
- Strong computer skills - Experience using systems such as Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Xero, Pipedrive, Tradify _(preferred but not required - training will be provided)_
- Knowledge in the solar / trades industry _(preferred but not required - training will be provided)_
**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
Pay: $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
