As our team grows, we’re looking for a reliable and friendly **Customer Relations Assistant** to help us stay connected with families and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

**The Role**
This is a flexible, part-time position—perfect for a parent, carer, or university student—looking to work independently from home or even on the go. Most tasks can be completed in your own time, around school drop-offs, university schedules, or other commitments.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Following up with new and existing client enquiries
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Managing and updating our CRM system
- Supporting tutor recruitment and onboarding
- Optional: Assisting with social media management, if interested

**The position is paid on an hourly basis**, due to the independent and flexible nature of the work.

While this is a remote role, someone **based in the Redlands or South Brisbane region** is ideal, as occasional in-person meetings will be required.

**Details**
- **Hours**: Flexible, up to 2 hours most weekdays (hourly-based)
- **Location**: Remote (Bayside/South Brisbane preferred)
- **Start Date**: ASAP
- **Requirements**: Must have an ABN (Australian Business Number)
