Cogri Australia is seeking a casual or Part-time Accounts & Admin Assistant to provide support to our Finance team.

**Responsibilities **will include but not limited to
- General accounts
- General administration
- AR/AP and data entry
- Upkeep of accounts spreadsheets
- Credit card reconciliation
- Fleet card reconciliation
- Assist the accountant as needed
- Working within multiple entities
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is must within an account’s environment.
- Must have experience in Xero
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Have the ability to use a variety of systems and software programs
- Must have AR and AP experience
- A good understanding of financial and accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to changes within the business as and when they arise

A minimum of 2 years of experience is must within an account’s environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.09 per hour
