What you'll do
  • Manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities — journals, bank recs, AP/AR, and monthly & annual financial closes
  • Oversee billing and revenue operations — including Stripe and/or enterprise billing arrangements
  • Own payroll and compliance across our Australian and international entities
  • Maintain accurate general ledgers and support consolidations across multiple entities
  • Partner closely with our FP&A lead to support reporting, audits and board packs
  • Continuously improve processes and controls as we scale rapidly
What we're looking for
  • 3–4 years' experience in accounting or financial operations
  • Experience with Stripe and/or enterprise billing (either is fine — both is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of multi-entity accounting, financial closes, SaaS billing, revenue recognition and payroll
  • Confident with Xero and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Start-up mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable building things from scratch
