Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Manager, located in the Redfern/Surry Hills area NSW. The Building Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties, ensuring proper maintenance and safety standards are met, managing budgets, and communicating effectively with tenants and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include coordinating building services, managing maintenance & repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability practices.

  • Experience in Building Management or Facilities Management (FM)
  • Strong understanding of Strata living and resident engagement
  • Knowledge or exposure to essential services, maintenance and compliance
