We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join us on our exciting journey.
The Role
Reporting to the Director, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple residential building projects both new builds and renovations. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and quality – ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest of standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential construction projects from pre-site to handover
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance
- Maintain project timelines and budgets
- Identify, price and submit contract variations
- Conduct site inspections and WHS audits
- Liaise with clients, architects and internal teams
- Resolve site issues
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential building industry
- Minimum 5+ years of residential construction project management experience required
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, codes, and WHS regulations
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-project workloads
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g. Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
- Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management or related field required
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card
- White Card and Builder's licence required
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
