We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join us on our exciting journey.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple residential building projects both new builds and renovations. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and quality – ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest of standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple residential construction projects from pre-site to handover
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance
  • Maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Identify, price and submit contract variations
  • Conduct site inspections and WHS audits
  • Liaise with clients, architects and internal teams
  • Resolve site issues

About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential building industry
  • Minimum 5+ years of residential construction project management experience required
  • Solid knowledge of construction processes, codes, and WHS regulations
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-project workloads
  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g. Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
  • Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management or related field required
  • Current Driver's Licence and White Card
  • White Card and Builder's licence required
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
