Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Office & Operations Support: Assist with general office duties and day-to-day operations to ensure an organised and efficient workplace.
  • Project Administration: Support project coordination activities including documentation, scheduling, and internal communication.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain: Help manage basic logistics tasks and liaise with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Internal & Supplier Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Compliance Support: Assist with maintaining up-to-date compliance records, certifications, and supporting documentation for project and operational requirements.
  • System & Records Management: Maintain and update internal systems such as job tracking platforms, project files, and operational documentation.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide general admin support to the broader Operations team including meeting coordination, reporting, and follow-up tasks.

Experience and Skills Required:Other requirements include:

  • Project Support Skills: Experience supporting technical or field-based teams in a project-driven environment is highly regarded.
  • Technology Proficiency: Confidence using software tools such as Microsoft Office; Simpro experience highly regarded but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Organisational Strength: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask across varying priorities.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude: A collaborative approach and willingness to assist where needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Office-Based Availability: This is a full-time, in-office role located in Eagle Farm - remote or hybrid options are not currently available.
