About the role

Aqseptence Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Clerk to join our team in Eagle Farm, Queensland. This is a full-time opportunity to play a key role in our Manufacturing operations, focusing on Production.

What you'll be doing

• Labour/time cards:  Process labour/time cards into the Company's Enginius Base when required and complete Definitiv (payroll system) checks against Team leader time sheets. This involves:
• Liaising with Team Leaders and Supervisors on absences, queries, missing cards and leave requests, and getting timesheets signed-off by Supervisors
• Confirming hours worked from time cards for use by Payroll in the preparation of factory employee wages through Payroll generated hand scan report and deliver back to Payroll by 11am daily
• Data entry, sorting, checking, reconciling, filing and archiving
• Registering new starters in the clock on/off system (currently hand-scan).
• Shop floor orders:  Process shop floor orders and necessary documents.
• Data entry, checking and closing
• Variance investigation (+/-10%) and reporting
• Compiling, filing and archiving
• Receipting of stock jobs items into inventory.
• Reporting: This includes:
• Hand-scan report
• Weekly headcount report and factory staffing and shift roster spreadsheet
• Factory list
• Labour analysis, customer and stock order reports.
• Undertake or participate in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks:  This includes:

• Supporting the activities of others, such as:

• Acting as backup on receipting of items into inventory

• Acting as backup on issuing of materials from shop floor orders

Sucess in this position will be measured by achievements of targets.  For example:

• Accurate and timely data entry and processing of timecards and shop orders.
• Accurate and timely maintenance of graphs and spreadsheets and preparation and distribution of reports and schedules.

Success may also be measured by influence of incumbent on achievement of site, area or other personnel's targets.  For example:

• Monthly and quarterly Health/Safety, Finance, Quality, Operations KPIs.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and targets chosen for performance measurement appear in periodic performance review documentation.

What we're looking for

• Preferred background in a manufacturing environment.
• Administration Skills and experience
• Proven accurate and thorough clerical, administration and organisation skills.
• Computer software:
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills (advanced preferred),
• Intermediate level Microsoft Word word-processing skills,
• Basic Level Microsoft Access database skills (may be an advantage),
• SAP ERP experience is essential.
• Payroll is highly regarded.
• Logistics is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of materials issue from shop floor orders.
