The Role

Doltone House
is seeking a
Commercial Sales Manager
to join our high-performing Corporate Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a portfolio of venues and lead a talented team of Event Sales Managers and Coordinators to achieve ambitious sales targets while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align sales strategies with business goals
  • Deliver on KPIs and sales targets through effective planning and performance tracking
  • Promote 100% guest satisfaction across all Doltone House properties
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team of Event Sales Manager and Event Sales Coordinators
  • Show prospective clients through the venue when required and respond to client needs including arranging venue tours
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop personal development plans
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to exceed revenue goals

Your experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Event Sales
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a client focused, personalised approach
  • Strong analytical and evaluative skills to address business challenges
  • Proactive and solutions focused, with the ability to adapt seamlessly to different client needs and cultural expectations
  • A relentless commitment to quality outcomes that exceed client expectations and reflect the prestige of our venues
  • Collaborative by nature, with the ability to build productive relationships across clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the presence to influence, inspire and instil confidence in every interaction
