– a renowned leader in premium events, hospitality and lifestyle experiences. We are seeking an experienced, data-driven and commercially-minded Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to take the reins on digital performance, media buying and marketing strategy across our venues and brands.

About the Role:

As Senior Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading media buying and performance marketing across all Doltone Hospitality Group (DHG) venues and markets. Your key focus will be driving a strong return on marketing investment (ROMI) across both online and offline channels while supporting the growth of our digital platforms and customer experience.

This is a
6-month contract role
with the
potential to transition into a permanent full-time position
for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of all media buying and performance channels across DHG brands.
  • Deliver measurable returns on both digital and traditional media spend.
  • Develop and own the performance marketing framework, including tracking, testing, and analytics across acquisition channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance DHG websites and eCommerce capabilities.
  • Manage and maintain the backend WordPress CMS, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and 3rd-party tracking tools (pixels/floodlights).
  • Provide digital marketing insights and contribute to strategic planning and campaign briefs.
  • Act as an internal expert, mentoring and upskilling the broader marketing team in digital and performance marketing best practices.
  • Ensure all strategies and executions comply with RSA/RSG, legal regulations, and company policies.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in senior digital or performance marketing roles, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or eCommerce sectors.
  • Strong hands-on experience with media buying, digital performance metrics, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with WordPress CMS, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and performance tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyse marketing ROI and deliver insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for customer-centric, data-led marketing.
