The Role

As we continue to grow, we are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Event Sales Manager to join our high-performing team and help shape unforgettable experiences for our clients. If you are a motivated sales professional with previous experience in event sales, we would love to meet you

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing corporate clients
  • Drive new business while growing and managing a portfolio of repeat clientele
  • Lead the full sales process: client meetings, proposals, site tours, negotiations and closing the sale
  • Represent Doltone House at industry events and networking functions
  • Tailor creative event solutions that meet each client's unique vision
  • Deliver exceptional service from first contact to event delivery

Your experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' event sales experience is essential
  • Experience within the hospitality/hotel/events or catering industry is essential and experience in corporate or large-scale event sales in a client facing role would be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of the social market and trends within Australia
  • You will be able to demonstrate solid sales experience with a record of achieving targets
