About the role:

ETS is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Administrator to support our fleet operations and administration nationally from our Narangba Office. This role involves managing fuel cards, toll accounts, invoices, and internal reporting to ensure the smooth running of our fleet. You will be responsible for various fleet administration tasks, including:

  • Managing supplier invoices, end-of-month reporting and financial reconciliations
  • Administration of fuel cards (Motorpass) and toll accounts (Linkt) including updates, cancellations and allocations
  • Handling timesheet submissions and internal staff platforms
  • Preparing, analysing and importing invoices into our accounting system
  • Filling scanning and maintaining fleet, workshop and vehicle documentation
  • Coordinating stock, parts and stationary ordering

About You:

The following attributes are required to be successful in this role:

  • Strong accounts knowledge with accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in fleet administration or similar roles is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with effective time management and task prioritisation
