About This Opportunity

This role is ideal for an organised and motivated administrator looking to support a fast-paced workshop environment. Based at our Darra depot, you will assist with maintenance scheduling, data entry, vendor coordination and workshop reporting. You'll play a key part in ensuring our fleet maintenance operations run smoothly while working with a supportive team that values accuracy, safety and teamwork.

Position Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in workshop/maintenance/parts administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Current Driver's Licence preferred
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in a transport environment (preferred)
  • Understanding of maintenance workflows and refrigerated transport
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter internal and external work orders into maintenance systems
  • Maintain purchase order register and generate POs/work orders for vendors
  • Validate workshop time records and assist with monthly reporting
  • Coordinate inductions and employment documentation for maintenance staff
  • Administer leave calendars and roster changes
  • Book services with external vendors as directed
  • Support the Maintenance Administrator and workshop team
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, CoR, and internal policies
