We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our remote team If you have experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, are familiar with Pronto ERP, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment — we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR):


• Record and allocate customer payments (Cash Receipts)


• Handle EFTPOS (Terminal Machine) transactions


• Manage customer queries and follow up on outstanding receivables


• Update cashflow reports and assist with AR reporting


• Set up COD and term customer accounts

Accounts Payable (AP):


• Check POs and confirm item receipt before posting invoices


• Process vendor invoices using Pronto


• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies


• Maintain payment schedules and ensure timely payments


• Manage the AP inbox and assist in AP reporting

Communication & Client Interaction:


• Communicate with clients via email and video calls regarding accounts-related inquiries


• Handle ad-hoc client requests professionally


• Collaborate with the Team Leader, Senior Accountants, and clients to address queries


• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients


• Attend and contribute to client management meetings

General Tasks:


• Perform other duties as directed within your skill set


• Maintain daily timesheets


• Participate in training sessions as required

Requirements:


• Prior experience in an AP/AR or Accounts Assistant role


• Must have an experience with Australian Accounting practices/background


• Pronto ERP experience is an advantage


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively


• Must have own computer/laptop and a stable internet connection


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools

Shift & Work Setup:


• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Sydney Time (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PH Time)


• 100% Work From Home
