At Vitalus, we're passionate about natural health and proud to supply premium products to customers across Australia. We're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing accounts from start to finish. You'll work as part of a team of two in AR, with a focus on end-to-end receivables plus customer service backup and ad-hoc admin support so you'll enjoy plenty of variety in your day.

About the Role

  • Manage accounts receivable from banking to collections
  • Follow up on overdue accounts in a professional, solutions-focused manner
  • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Onboard new accounts and set up new website users
  • Provide backup support to the Customer Service team during busy periods or leave cover
  • Assist with general administration tasks and projects as required

What You'll Bring

Proven accounts receivable experience

Confident communicator with an excellent phone manner

Comfortable chasing overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving

Team player with a willingness to help across the business when needed

Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel preferred
