Accounts Officer – Ormeau QLD 4208

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team in Ormeau. You'll manage financial transactions, maintain records, payroll and reporting, as well as support compliance across our construction department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Process payroll and reporting
  • Liaise with vendors, banks, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV Accounting qualification essential
  • Minimum 4+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience required
  • Advanced level Xero experience required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office preferred but can be taught
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Construction industry experience preferred but not essential
