Established in 1960, with a proud heritage stretching back to 1936, David Moss Corporation is one of Australia's largest independent manufacturers of HDPE and PVC pipes and fittings.
As a third-generation, privately owned company, we have a long-standing reputation for delivering some of the largest pipeline projects across the Australian market. Our head office is based in Perth's northern suburbs, employing over 100 local staff, with a further 50 in our Queensland manufacturing plant.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, this is a replacement position where you'll take over a range of existing customers and provide essential support to our field sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in internal sales, customer service, logistics, or supply chain, or for those currently working in operational or logistics roles who are ready to make the move into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders using internal ERP and CRM systems.
 - Raise purchase orders for vendors and suppliers.
 - Liaise with the scheduling department to confirm manufacturing and production timelines.
 - Provide proactive and professional customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed about order status, logistics, and delivery updates.
 - Collaborate with the logistics team to arrange suitable freight and delivery solutions.
 - Follow up with customers to confirm order receipt and satisfaction.
 - Assist with ad-hoc problem-solving to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
 
Skills, Experience and Attributes
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within sales, operations, logistics, or project coordination.
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
 - High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability.
 - Professional attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
 - Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
 - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
 - Certificate III/IV in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Logistics (desirable).
