We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient operational processes. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments to meet client needs and operational requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely service delivery.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and operational data.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support the management of service contracts and related documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, operations, or coordination role is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or coordination roles is required.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
  • Fire protection industry experience is preferred but not required.
