About the role
Are you an exceptional communicator with a strong focus on customer service? We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales/Customer Service professional to join the team at PYM in Henderson, Western Australia. This full-time role will see you providing high-quality sales and customer support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound sales enquiries and maintaining our existing customer base
- Providing prompt and effective customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues
- Generating new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and lead follow-up
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities
- Supporting the wider sales and operations teams as needed
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the drive to achieve results
