Key qualifications and responsibilities include:
- Experience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer Focus: Strong focus on patient interaction and care
- Accuracy and Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Computer literacy: Solid knowledge of computer systems
- Health Fund Knowledge: Familiarity with private health funding but not essential
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Organisation and Multitasking: Strong organisation ability and multitasking skills
- Initiative and Confidentiality: Demonstrates integrity and the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Police Clearance: Ability to obtain a police clearance.
- Work Eligibility: Full working rights in Australia
- Healthcare Administration: Previous experience in healthcare administration is preferred but not essential.
The role involves managing a high volume of phone inquiries and data entering, work hours are Monday to Friday, 8.50am to 5.00pm.
