This is an excellent and rare career opportunity with a professional services organisation (office positions with us don't become available often).

Your workday in a nutshell:

  • Reception and general office administration
  • Manage correspondence, particularly emails
  • Maintain and update our membership database
  • Greet members and visitors to the office
  • Assist with meetings, including catering
  • Manage office supplies and place orders
  • Print, scan and bind important records

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, reliable and punctual
  • Eager to learn and open to new challenges
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills

You'll be supported from day one, working closely with our team as you develop your administration skills.
