Our busy city fringe medical specialist rooms are looking for an administration assistant/medical receptionist to join our happy team at Adelaide Wellbeing Practice.The successful applicant will work in a fast paced, positive environment with a small friendly team.  Your duties will include:

  • Greeting patients on arrival
  • Managing telephone lines
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Maintaining appointments on Pracsoft
  • Liaising with doctors, DVA, Lawyers and other referring agencies
  • Proofreading medical reports
  • Booking patients in courses
  • Scan and email documents
  • Collecting report documentation
  • Creating invoices

What are we looking for?

As an office administration assistant and medical receptionist you will be performing general office duties. You will need to enjoy interacting and developing a rapport with patients. You will need to communicate with a wide range of people.

You will need to be well presented and professional and be client service orientated and provide a helpful and enjoyable experience to our patients.

You will need to be able to occasionally cover for sick leave and holidays.

This is a 3-4 day permanent part-time or casual position

Parking is provided.
