We are looking for a Community Manager to join our newest over 50's lifestyle community, Vantage Bloomdale, located in Diggers Rest. This is an exciting opportunity to build a community from the ground up. We are ideally looking for someone who would like part time role (initially 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday) with an opportunity to increase hours in

In this role you will be:

  • Managing and overseeing day to day operations of the community
  • First point of contact for all residents' and future residents feedback, suggestions, complaints and issues, escalating as required.
  • Ensuring all community-documentation, Home Owner records and information systems are maintained current and accurate
  • Engaging contractors/service providers in line with company procedures to ensure the community facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Skills and experience

Strong administration, customer service and attention to detail are essential, however your friendly nature, approachable manner and willingness to jump in and get the work done is more important. Previous experience managing a Lifestyle Community, Retirement Village or Leisure Park would be highly regarded.

A current valid 'class c' drivers licence is also required.
