It's because of this that we are looking to engage an experienced, authentic and results oriented Communications Manager. In this exciting role, you'll support the Australian Management Team to execute the Business Strategy through clear, consistent, and transparent communications across our diverse businesses of Seeds, Crop Protection and Croplands.

How You'll Help Us Grow

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy, focussed on increasing employee engagement, business understanding and connection to purpose
• Provide strategic advice to the Australian Management Team on best practice communication styles.
• Proactively identify opportunities and develop content to maximize the effectiveness of the internal communications plan
• Effectively communicate important updates, news, events and changes and connect the non-customer-facing teams to customer through effective story telling
• Manage external communications for the Australian Business on the Nufarm brand and key products in our Commercial portfolio
• Manage our reputational risk and foster our relationships with key industry partners, including the National Farmers Federation and Grain Producers Australia.
• Coordinate and execute key cyclical activities including Townhalls and Awards, reinforce the Employee Value Proposition and highlight the unique benefits of working at Nufarm
• Identify insights and communication opportunities in response to the Nufarm Voice (Employee Engagement Survey) feedback tool and through active participation in the Australian Management Team
• Lead the deployment of highly engaging internal communications, across APAC, through channels such as the Intranet, email, virtual town halls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Support business-critical continuous improvement initiatives through change communications.

Could This Be You?

You're ideally a tertiary qualified Communications professional, who brings demonstrated experience operating in a similar, hands on role. You're well versed in developing internal and external communications and thrive on building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across internal, external and stakeholder groups.

You naturally have a keen eye for detail and enjoy variety in a role in which you can lead and execute as the communications expert. You're a confident and engaging communicator who is passionate about building relationships and challenging the status quo. Ideally, you have an affiliation with Agriculture or you're interested in learning more about the industry.
