trade.

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team at TGL. This internship is a

vocational placement, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the

international freight forwarding, logistics, and consultancy sector. The successful candidate will

support day-to-day operations, assist with research and analysis, and contribute to client-focused

projects. The role will provide exposure to a dynamic global environment and the chance to develop

practical skills in supply chain management, international trade, and consultancy practices.

Following the successful completion of a 3-month training program, an offer of Full-Time

employment may be extended to the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist with operational tasks in international freight and logistics.


• Support the preparation of documentation for imports, exports, and customs clearance.


• Conduct research and analysis on global trade trends, market opportunities, and client projects.


• Assist with client communications and project coordination.


• Collaborate with senior consultants and operational staff on business development initiatives.


• Provide administrative and reporting support as required.

Qualifications


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Business, Supply Chain

Management, Logistics, or a related field.


• Strong interest in international trade, logistics, and consultancy.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Analytical mindset with strong research and problem-solving abilities.


• High attention to detail and organisational skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
