About the position:

Join us as a Claims Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly and claims are resolved efficiently and accurately. You'll take ownership of national claims processing, working closely with warehouses, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure faulty, damaged, and missing goods claims are collected, credited, and closed on time.

  • Manage vendor claims end-to-end, ensuring all documentation and evidence are submitted accurately and on time, and keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt credit resolution.
  • Coordinate with warehouses nationally and our 3PL partners to arrange collections and resolve any delays.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to improve communication, reduce claim friction, troubleshoot issues and streamline credit processing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help shape the future of our claims function.
