About you

  • You love to meet people and make them feel at home
  • You're a big fan of wines, and love learning more every day
  • You can quickly pick up on how guests are feeling
  • You love building relationships with guests
  • You get on well with anyone, and can engage with a wide customer base
  • You don't stop. There's always something to do, clean, tidy, neaten, restock, refill or check
  • You're mainly looking for weekend and public holiday work, 2-3 shifts per week with more opportunities over the holiday period
  • Previous customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles preferred)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift wine cases up to 15kg

Nice for you to have (but not a deal-breaker)

  • Wine industry experience
  • Retail and/or hospitality experience
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Australian permanent residency
  • Must have Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid working visa)
