Want to know where amazing wines go to have fun? Mollydooker Wines of course. We’re looking for tasting hosts to join our amazing Cellar Door team and help create positive, fun and engaging experiences for all of our guests

The Role:
At Mollydooker, we love to bring our Cellar Door experience to life We are focused on delivering strong customer service and creating lasting relationships so that our guest’s experience with us feels personal and is remembered beyond their Cellar Door visit. Our team is also responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the Cellar Door, working together to positively represent the Mollydooker brand at all times. You will have the chance to work with a team that loves to share knowledge and learn more about our winemaking processes and the wine industry every day.

What We're Offering:
We are offering between 10-20 hours per week, and we expect this will be increasing to 20+ over the summer period, over weekdays and weekends. The ability to cover shifts on short notice is super advantageous and you must be available on weekends and public holidays.

After Cellar Door hours work is also available, with events, private functions and weddings held throughout the year. Benefits include joining a lively and supportive team, generous staff pricing on wines, and above award pay rates for the amazing work that our team do.

About You:
You are passionate about people You love connecting and building relationships, and are awesome at creating amazing experiences for guests, and balancing this between multiple groups of customers from all walks of life. You notice when customers want to know more or if they’re just here to chill, and you tailor your service to make sure it’s just right for them. Also, if you love wine and/or have wine knowledge that will really help too.
