**ABOUT THE POSITION**
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor, experienced in fine dining, to help lead our talented team based in McLaren Vale. We're so proud of what’s been achieved, but our ambition for the future drives us to aim even higher.
The delivery of world-class service is as important as the food. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our talented chefs to ensure the thoughtful and detailed work done in the kitchen is followed through to the table and every aspect of our guest's experience.
If you’re an experienced Section Waiter, Supervisor or Sommelier with a passion for looking after guests and an interest in food and wine and a keenness to learn more. This is your chance to shine, backed by a small, supportive and extremely dedicated team that shares your passion for excellence.
Open for just 3 lunches and 1 dinner service per week, this role offers a genuine commitment to work-life-balance working in with study commitments.
**POSITION DETAILS**
- Lead the daily FOH operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
- Supervise, train, and support our engaged FOH team.
- Help maintain the beverage list to compliment the food and Maxwell wines
- Manage restaurant guest communication and planning of functions and events.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Cellar Door Manager and the broader business team to create innovative events and promotional initiatives.
- Develop thoughtful initiatives to enhance guest experience to drive customer satisfaction, restaurant revenue and wine club engagement.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.
