Border Express is looking for a seasoned and experienced
Senior Business Development Manager
to join our state sales team based in Tullamarine and help shape the next phase of our growth story.
This is not just another sales role – this is your chance to be a part of the driving force entrusted to deliver smart, tailored solutions for some of Australia's leading businesses.
What you'll do:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across our clearly defined target markets
- Build relationships with key internal and customer decision-makers and present value-driven solutions
- Hit (and exceed) your revenue and profit targets – You will be provided with industry best tools to support and enhance your success
- Seamlessly onboard your new clients, that will be transitioned over to our Account Management team – So you can focus on making more sales
- Maintain your CRM and pipeline
- Collaborate with your internal stakeholders such as our operations team to deliver excellence
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of successful B2B solution-selling
- A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and convert
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and influencer
- A self-starter who loves autonomy but thrives in a supportive high performing team
