Rate: $45/hr | Contractor role | Work from home
We are a boutique Buyers Agency specialising in investment property and are seeking an Administration & Client Manager to support both our clients and the Director.
This role is part-time (approx. 20 hours per week), contractor-based, and fully remote. You must have a professional home workspace with reliable internet and the ability to securely manage confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients throughout the construction and settlement process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
- Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders, including builders, developers, finance brokers, solicitors, and property managers
- Maintain and update the CRM with client, property, and project details
- Prepare and manage invoicing
- Organise supporting services (rental management, depreciation schedules, etc.)
- Deliver a "wow" experience for clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships and generating referrals
- Provide PA support to the Director, including managing emails, calendar, and appointments
- Assist with project management, ensuring tasks and milestones are delivered on time
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems and processes, improving efficiency across the business
About You
- Proven experience liaising directly with clients (not just back-office admin)
- Excellent phone manner, professional communication skills, and client-first approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Understands the importance of relationship-building, sales, and client retention
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and MS Office/Google Suite
- Proactive, innovative, and comfortable suggesting new ideas to improve workflows
- Background in property, finance, construction, or investment sales (highly regarded but not essential)
- Must be able to work independently from a professional home office
What We Offer
