We currently have an opportunity for an office administrator to join our team based in Coopers Plains to assist with project administration.
Working 3 days per week at 15-20 hours per week, working times can be negotiated.
Duties include:
End to End Project administration including:
o Submit tenders/quotations
o Assist with project contracts
o Invoicing
o Liaising with clients/stake holders
Office administration including:
o Following up overdue invoices
o Office supply management
o Assist the Directors
Skills & Experience:
MYOB experience an advantage
Project administration minimum 2 years
General administration duties minimum 2 years
