About the Role: We are currently seeking a HR Admin/ HR Generalist to join our welcoming and supportive team based in Western Suburbs of Brisbane on a Perm Part Time bases (3 to 4 days a week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of employee's private information and HR matters.
  • Assist in the collection of information and lodgement of Police Checks as required.
  • Assist or provide advice on basic IR/ER matters
  • Provide assistance with internal recruitment and onboarding.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR Department as required.
  • Enter and maintain personnel records.

You will ideally have previous experience in HR administration. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 to 6 years experience as a HR Admin/ HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
  • Ability to interact with staff members on various levels and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication and telephone skills.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
