We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administration Support Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will provide day-to-day administrative support across a broad range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tracking and maintaining employee qualifications and training records
- Ensure compliance documentation is filed accurately and kept current
- Generate and share reports to Ops Management and Support team
- Compile reports to monitor and manage expired qualifications
- Support recruitment activities including drafting and posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating reference/qualification checks
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and other employment-related documents under guidance
- Maintain and update employee personnel files (both electronic and hard copy)
- Manage the Recruitment and HR inboxes, responding to queries or escalating where needed
- Assist with HR reporting, letters, and general correspondence
- Contribute to HR process improvements and undertake other HR-related duties as directed
About You:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR or a corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive and collaborative team player
