- Oversee rosters, fill shifts, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Conduct site visits, connect with participants, and provide real-time feedback to staff.
- Review daily shift notes, incident reports, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Manage WH&S checks, medication charts, and end-of-month reporting.
- Complete site-specific action tasks, ensuring appointments, supplies, and communication are handled efficiently.
Why Join Us
- Impact - Your leadership directly shapes the quality of care our participants receive.
- Growth - Opportunities for professional development and leadership training.
- Support - Work alongside a collaborative management team that values your input.
- Variety - A balance of on-the-floor engagement and operational leadership.
- Culture - Be part of a supportive, purpose-driven workplace where your work truly matters.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in disability, aged care, or community services.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office, Securicare, Synology, and Proda.
- Understanding of WH&S and incident management requirements.
Must Have:
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current driver's license
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
Ready to Lead with Purpose?
If you're a confident leader who thrives on variety, cares deeply about service quality, and wants to work in a role where your efforts directly impact lives, we'd love to hear from you.
