At HIVIS, you'll lead a small, talented team in Print and Cutting – organising workloads, driving quality, and keeping production humming. You'll collaborate with the Production Manager and other team leads to make sure every job that leaves the floor looks its best, lands on time, and lives up to the HIVIS name.

You'll print, laminate, cut, and problem-solve. Every day's a little different. You'll also be the calm in the chaos: supporting your team, improving processes, and finding smarter ways to get great work done.

About The Opportunity
You'll take charge of the Print and Cutting teams – leading day-to-day operations, balancing quality and output, and keeping production smooth.

You'll:

  • Lead, train, and support your team to deliver top-tier print and cut work.
  • Liaise with the Production Manager and other team leaders to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Jump on the tools for printing, laminating, and digital cutting – leading by example.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, processes, and safety.
  • Keep the workplace upbeat, safe, and productive.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in precision, and knows that great signage starts with great teamwork.

About You
You're confident taking the lead – whether that's setting priorities, mentoring your team, or rolling up your sleeves when the queue gets long.

You bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

  • Solid computer skills and comfort using production systems.
  • A knack for problem-solving and keeping calm under pressure.
  • A genuine love for teamwork and helping others grow.
