The company continues to grow and is now seeking an experienced
Pytha Drafter
to join their Sydney-based team on-site. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a respected organisation where your technical expertise and design eye will directly impact the success of high-profile commercial projects.

As the
Pytha Drafter
, you'll play a key role in transforming architectural concepts into fully detailed, production-ready joinery drawings. Working closely with project managers, designers, and the production team, you'll ensure accuracy, constructability, and exceptional quality throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and model detailed joinery components using
  Pytha 3D
  software.
• Produce accurate shop drawings, cutting lists, and CNC-ready documentation.
• Liaise with project and site teams to confirm measurements and resolve design challenges.
• Interpret architectural and interior design drawings to ensure practical fabrication solutions.
• Maintain close communication with workshop teams to meet tight project timelines.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a
  Pytha Drafter
  within commercial joinery, interiors, or cabinetry.
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, joinery construction methods, and fabrication processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
