Established in 1998, our high-performing food manufacturing business services a diverse range of customers—from 5-star hotels and sports event centres to retail supermarkets and airlines. Operating from our Caringbah facility, we proudly produce and distribute handmade gourmet finger foods and meal components across Australia.

We are currently seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic, and positive Office Administrator / Customer Service professional to join our small, fast-paced administration team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day, and has a strong eye for detail.

You'll be responsible for general customer service and administrative duties, and will work closely with the General Manager when required. The ability to work autonomously and a friendly, 'can-do' attitude are essential.

You will need to have the ability to work autonomously. Your friendly 'can do' attitude and high-level organisational skills will be essential to this role.

Key responsibilities & duties will include but not limited to:

  • Efficient answering and handling of telephone calls and inquiries including order taking.
  • Invoice processing (MYOB Account Right Premier)
  • Filing & document management
  • Take messages and deliver (email, verbal) to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
  • Dispatch and delivery liaison and coordination
  • General customer Service
  • General office systems maintenance
  • Tele Sales
About You:
  • A minimum of 2-year office-based experience.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable with a can-do attitude
  • Quick thinker who can work under pressure and have the ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Food Service & Retail food industry advantageous

Hours of work – 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (may vary slightly).

Pay as per Clerks Private Sector Award & above depending on candidate's experience.
