What You'll Be Doing:

  • Being the first friendly voice, our clients hear — by phone, email, and in our showroom
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and keeping everything running smoothly in our CRM/ERP
  • Coordinating stock, deliveries, and timelines with suppliers and the sales team
  • Assisting clients with selections, samples, and product information
  • Building strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders
  • Learning our stunning product range inside-out so you can confidently support clients and the team

About You:

  • You're the type of person who brings energy, organisation, and warmth to everything you do. You love working with people, your detail-obsessed, and you thrive in a busy, design-led environment.
  • 3+ years in customer service, administration, internal sales, or phone-based support
  • Experience with high-end or luxury products (a must)
  • Confident communicator — you build rapport easily over phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Tech savvy — comfortable with CRMs, MYOB, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ambitious and excited to grow your career in design and interiors
