Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to internal teams and clients
  • Manage purchase orders, finalize invoices, and action customer service/email query leads as required
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls, resolving queries effectively
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements with cross-functional teams (based nationwide, Macedonia and Philippine's)

 
About You

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills (experience in 
    retail, administration, and printing
    highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Full permanent working rights in Australia
