Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to internal teams and clients
- Manage purchase orders, finalize invoices, and action customer service/email query leads as required
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls, resolving queries effectively
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements with cross-functional teams (based nationwide, Macedonia and Philippine's)
 
About You
- Strong administrative and customer service skills (experience in 
 retail, administration, and printing
 highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Full permanent working rights in Australia
