As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role will be based in Sydney.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing Best in Class, high quality customer service by acting as the contact point for our retail customers.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:

  • Provide a high level of service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and grow positive relationships with our retail customer base
  • Proactive order management, investigations, and escalation
  • Processing of customer orders in timely and efficient manner
  • Overseeing daily delivery and pick ups for customer orders
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while also collaborating positively within a team environment
  • Work closely with our sales reps and warehouse team
  • General administration duties as required

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service operation with a similar scope and scale.
  • Additional prior experience in a logistics or sales function is beneficial.
  • Strong Microsoft office and CRM Systems Experience.
  • Zendesk experience desirable.
  • Excel as a proficient communicator both verbally and in written form, ensuring clarity and coherence in all interactions.
