About The Role

Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager and working within a team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining system access and configuration to meet business needs
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to Kronos applications
  • Liaising with the Payroll Team, IT & relevant stakeholders regarding configuration issues
  • Assist with change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department
  • Act as a key liaison for system issues, upgrades, and user support
  • Analyse current system usage and recommend improvements aligned with business priorities
  • Train end-users and support staff on Kronos functionality and updates

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kronos
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships

  • Demonstrated problem solving in an operational environment, taking ownership of issues through to resolution
