What does the job look like?
The Kronos Manager is responsible for the management of the Kronos (UKG) WFD system including system configuration, providing Kronos support across the entire Linfox user group, and supporting all Kronos equipment. You will also be responsible for the planning, directing and coordination of the team which is responsible for 24x7 support across all Linfox and associated Linfox group companies in all geographies.
Key areas:
- Management and co-ordination of the Kronos Support team
- System configuration in line with EBA's
- Provides 24x7 support for all Kronos services
- Assists with specified maintenance procedures.
- Kronos representative in Payroll Audit project. Role will be to recommend process improvement and best practice.
- Maintains Kronos support processes, and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
- Drafts and maintains procedures and documentation for Kronos support.
- Assign staff to support efforts, development/upgrade/patch/installation, or other projects.
- Serve as technical resource on development, installation, upgrade, or other project requirements
Are you the one?
You are a Kronos systems skilled individual who is leading a small, technical team in the delivery of Operations inc but not limited to maintenance, problem management, service asset & configuration management, monitoring, backup/archiving, and release to production
You are an effective communicator and have an ability to manage diverse relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
You can demonstrate:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of hosting experience and Kronos WFD configuration
- Advanced Excel and Windows Server skills.
- Proven experience in leading major change initiatives both across business and in the IT function
- Analytical capability with exposure to modelling, data mining and summarising.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to consult with a variety of stakeholders.
