Operations Systems Specialist

The role of a Kronos Manager involves overseeing the management of the Kronos system, including system configuration and providing technical support across the user group.
You will be responsible for directing and coordinating a team that provides 24x7 support across all geographies.
Key Responsibilities:- Management and coordination of the Kronos Support team
- System configuration in line with regulations
- Provides ongoing support for all Kronos services
- Assists with specified maintenance procedures
- Assigns staff to support efforts, development/upgrade/patch/installation, or other projects
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field such as accounting, finance, commerce, or business
- 6+ years of experience in hosting and Kronos WFD configuration
- Advanced Excel and Windows Server skills
- Proven experience in leading change initiatives
- Analytical capability with exposure to data analysis and summarising
- Excellent communication skills and ability to consult with various stakeholders
As a skilled individual in Kronos systems, you will lead a small technical team in delivering operations, including maintenance, problem management, service asset & configuration management, monitoring, backup/archiving, and release to production.
