The Role
  • Manage and maintain system access and configuration to meet business needs.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to Kronos applications.
  • Liaise with the Payroll Team, IT & relevant stakeholders regarding configuration issues.
  • Assist with change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department.
  • Act as a key liaison for system issues, upgrades, and user support.
  • Analyse current system usage and recommend improvements aligned with business priorities.
  • Train end-users and support staff on Kronos functionality and updates.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kronos.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving in an operational environment, taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Configuration Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date configurations for system access and functionality.
  2. Technical Support: Resolve technical issues and provide support for users of Kronos applications.
  3. Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to address configuration issues and improve system performance.
  4. Knowledge Sharing: Develop and share knowledge to ensure smooth handovers and transfers within the team.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize business outcomes.
