The Role- Manage and maintain system access and configuration to meet business needs.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to Kronos applications.
- Liaise with the Payroll Team, IT & relevant stakeholders regarding configuration issues.
- Assist with change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering insights and support across the payroll department.
- Act as a key liaison for system issues, upgrades, and user support.
- Analyse current system usage and recommend improvements aligned with business priorities.
- Train end-users and support staff on Kronos functionality and updates.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Kronos.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving in an operational environment, taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Configuration Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date configurations for system access and functionality.
- Technical Support: Resolve technical issues and provide support for users of Kronos applications.
- Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to address configuration issues and improve system performance.
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop and share knowledge to ensure smooth handovers and transfers within the team.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize business outcomes.
- Expertise in Kronos systems and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration and stakeholder management.
